At Abaya by Nayab, we strive to provide quality abayas for women and kids.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items and customized products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds (Cash on Delivery Orders)

• As we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, approved refunds will be made through bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa, depending on the customer's preference.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is inspected.

Exchange

Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our mistake.
